A moment of connection at Gakoma Hospital as students prepare to integrate into daily clinical practices CUR embarked on addressing existing human resource gaps and supports the country's long-term health development goals, by ensuring that future nurses and midwives are well-prepared to serve in both urban and rural health facilities. In doing so, CUR contributes to Rwanda’s Vision 2050 and Health Sector Strategic Plan, which emphasize strengthening the quality of healthcare services and building a resilient health workforce. By partnering with 25 hospitals, CUR reinforces its strong collaboration with the health sector while promoting decentralized clinical learning. This not only enhances the students' practical experience but also strengthens the capacity of local health institutions through knowledge exchange.
