At the Catholic University of Rwanda (CUR), the Faculty of Commerce is committed to producing competent, ethical, and innovative business professionals who are ready to drive Rwanda’s economic transformation. We proudly offer three outstanding undergraduate degree programs:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Accounting (Option: Accounting)
Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Accounting (Option: Finance and Banking)
Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Engineering
These programs are carefully tailored to prepare students to excel in accounting, financial management, investment analysis, business strategy, and industrial and commercial operations. Students gain a deep understanding of business environments both locally and globally, supported by a strong ethical foundation grounded in Catholic values.
Additionally, the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Programme offered at CUR gives students and graduates a unique opportunity to pursue professional accounting certification within the university setting and with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR) collaboration. With this program, our students are empowered to meet national and international professional standards, increasing their competitiveness in the job market and preparing them for leadership roles.
CUR’s Faculty of Commerce emphasizes entrepreneurship as a pillar of national development. Through business incubation, innovation projects, industry collaborations, and hands-on training, we equip students with the skills to create jobs, launch startups, and support local businesses.
