- Strategic Implementation: Ensure implementation of the University's strategic plan, policies, and academic programs.
- External Relations: Represent the University in national and international forums, strengthening partnerships and collaborations.
- Values Integration: Promote Catholic values and ethical standards in teaching, research, and community service.
- Performance Oversight: Oversee the performance of senior management and ensure accountability in all University functions.
- Governance Reporting: Report regularly to the University Council and the Chancellor on institutional progress and challenges.

Academic and Research
Roles and Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Lead the planning, development, and evaluation of academic programs.
- Staff Development: Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance appraisal of academic staff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality assurance and compliance with higher education standards.
- Research Coordination: Promote and coordinate research activities, innovation, and scholarly publications.
- Partnership Development: Foster partnerships for academic collaboration, research funding, and knowledge exchange.
- Academic Supervision: Supervise deans, directors of academic departments, and heads of research centers.
- Innovation Integration: Enhance the integration of technology and modern pedagogies in teaching and learning.

- Financial Planning: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation of the University.
- Financial Management: Ensure transparent and accountable management of University finances in line with policies and regulations.
- Administrative Services: Manage procurement, contracts, and administrative services to support academic and research operations.
- Human Resources: Supervise human resources, ensuring efficient recruitment, staff welfare, and capacity development.
- Infrastructure Management: Coordinate the maintenance and expansion of University infrastructure and facilities.
- Sustainability Planning: Develop financial sustainability strategies, including income-generating projects.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for internal management, the University Council, and relevant authorities.
