Dr. HARIMANA Yves holds a PhD in Food Science and Engineering from Northeast Agricultural University (Harbin, China), an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Hygiene from Jiangnan University (Wuxi, China), and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnologies from INES-Ruhengeri (Rwanda). Additionally, he earned an Advanced Diploma in Biology-Chemistry Education from UR-College of Education (Rwanda).
His research interests include Protein Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Hydrocolloids, Nutrition, and Food Safety. Dr. HARIMANA’s work focuses on promoting human health and addressing consumer needs through innovative research and applied solutions.
