The Catholic University of Rwanda (CUR), together with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) and ICPAR, held a two-day induction and official launch of the revised PFM Professionalization Financing Model on 21st and 22nd February 2026, highlighting their joint commitment to strengthening skills in public financial management. This initiative reinforces CUR’s role in training and professionalizing staff from public institutions through CPA and other PFM professional programmes.
