The Catholic University of Rwanda (CUR) proudly hosted a landmark one-day conference on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Higher Education on Friday, 20th February 2026, at its Main Campus. Under the theme “Exploring Artificial Intelligence: Tool for Accelerating Learning and Teaching at Higher Learning Institutions in Rwanda”, the event positioned CUR at the forefront of innovation in education.
EXPLORING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AT CUR
The conference brought together students, academic staff, policymakers, and technology experts to explore the transformative potential of AI in teaching and learning. Participants engaged in keynote presentations, panel discussions, and practical demonstrations of AI tools, gaining hands-on experience that enhanced digital literacy and pedagogical effectiveness.
